Auto-Pay / Subscription Payments

For your convenience you may choose to Auto-Pay monthly for an inmate's subscription using PayPal's monthly subscription service OR Stripe's monthly subscription service

Stripe subscription service choices include your Credit Card, Amazon Pay, CashApp or Bank Account.

You can cancel your automatic subscription at any time, for info on how to do that click HERE.

If you are unsure of your inmate's BOPID you can look it up HERE.

How to Auto-Pay for your loved one.		Enter BOPID
Step 1 - Enter the inmate's Federal Bureau of Prisons ID number into the box marked "Enter BOPID". This number is very important because it tells us which inmate's account to put the money in. Then Click on NEXT button.
Step 2 - Select from Auto-Pay/Subscription Type from the dropdown.
Step 3 - Check / tick the "I have read and I accept the Terms of the Refund Policy"
Step 4 - Click Proceed to Subscribe using your PayPal account or Credit Card or Amazon Pay or CashApp or Bank Account using Stripe.
That's it! The amount will be transferred into the inmates Subtext account every month automatically until you cancel it.
